Who we are

PTW Carpentry ("we", "us") provides bespoke carpentry and joinery across Gloucestershire, the South West of England and Wales. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you use our contact or booking form, we collect the details you give us: your name, your contact details (email or phone number), and anything you write in your message or booking request.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry reaches us by email through Google Workspace, and confirmed bookings may be added to our Google Calendar. These providers process your data on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or job, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
